Terms of Service for Sharebus Minibussuthyrning AB

Sharebus Minibussuthyrning AB, with org. no. 556414-2569, operates a rental service where businesses and individuals can rent minibuses via our website. Minibuses can be picked up and dropped off at specific service points or accessed digitally outside regular business hours. We also offer a corporate membership that provides benefits for frequent users.

1. General These terms apply to the rental of minibuses from Sharebus Minibussuthyrning AB to businesses and individuals. The terms apply in conjunction with your order and constitute the agreement for the rental.

2. Definition of Parties The rental company is Sharebus Minibussuthyrning AB, hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "the rental company." The renter is the individual or business listed in the booking, hereinafter referred to as "the customer," "you," or "your." The rental item refers to the minibuses rented via the Sharebus Minibussuthyrning AB website. Delivery method includes pick-up at service points or digital access outside business hours.

3. Payment and Prices Payment can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Swish, or via invoice for companies with an account with us. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT. If there are significantly incorrect prices on our website, we reserve the right to unilaterally modify, remove, or reject orders, even if an order confirmation has already been sent.

4. Driver's License Requirements A valid driver’s license is required to rent and drive our minibuses. The license is checked digitally during booking.

5. Cancellation and Rebooking

   • Rebooking is free of charge.
   • Cancellation is free if made at least one week before the rental period starts.
   • For cancellations made up to two days before the rental start, half of the booking amount will be charged.
   • For cancellations within two days of the rental start, the full booking amount will be charged.

6. Keyless System and Access Outside Business Hours We offer a keyless system for digital access to the vehicle. For bookings made outside business hours, the customer receives the agreement for digital signing via email and SMS. Once signed, a digital key link will be sent to access the vehicle.

7. Damages and Waiver of Deductible The renter is responsible for the vehicle’s condition during the rental period. Damages and technical issues must be reported to us immediately. To avoid deductible charges for vehicle damage, the renter can choose a deductible waiver when booking.

8. Renter's Rights and Obligations The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as when picked up and before the end of the rental period. The renter grants us the right to charge for damages or late returns from the payment card.

9. Corporate Membership Corporate membership provides discounted prices and other membership benefits. The membership is automatically renewed unless terminated by the corporate customer.

10. Privacy We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR to fulfill our obligations. Information is stored in our customer register to manage bookings. Payment information is securely handled by our payment service provider and stored only as long as the booking is active.

11. Applicable Law These terms are governed by Swedish law, and any dispute will be settled in a Swedish court.

12. Changes to Terms Sharebus Minibussuthyrning AB reserves the right to change the terms. The current terms are always available on our website. Changes will be notified to customers at least 30 days in advance and are considered accepted with continued use of the service.
