Sharebus Minibuss was founded in Avesta, Dalarna, with the vision of offering comfortable and flexible transportation for larger groups.
Over time, we have expanded and now operate in Uppsala, Stockholm, and southern Dalarna. We are proud to offer our customers a smooth and affordable solution for renting minibuses &ndash; entirely without a driver, so you can enjoy the freedom to travel at your own pace.

Personal Data
To use the online booking service, you must provide your name, address, phone number, and email address. When you register an order, we also need to store details of the rental time and the type of equipment booked/ordered. The age limit for using the service is 18, so you must also provide your birth year. When using the service, your order history is saved. We need this personal data to be able to provide the service to you. This data is stored as long as you remain registered as a user with us. You can view and edit the personal data we have on file on your personal page. You can also contact us to request the deletion of your personal data or to deregister from our systems. If you do so, you will no longer be able to use the service unless you re-register.
Personal Data to Third Parties
Your personal data will not be sold, exchanged, or forwarded by Sharebus Minibussuthyrning AB. The web booking system is managed by Sharefox.
Payment Information
When you place an order, your card information is saved with the payment provider DIBS to allow your order to be processed. DIBS stores this information securely and is PCI-certified. This allows us to handle order modifications, release reservations such as deposits, process refunds, charge additional fees for late returns, damages, etc., and reduce misuse and shrinkage. Transaction information related to your order is saved, but not the card details. Transaction data is stored as long as you are registered as a user of the service, as per the personal data section.

The personal data collected for these purposes includes both information you provide (name, email address, etc.) and information collected when using this service, such as the equipment you rent, location information, and technical information about your device and internet connection. The data may be supplemented with available information from third parties.

Cookies simplify the use of the service, ensuring you receive relevant information when visiting our website. The renter is the individual or business listed in the booking, hereinafter referred to as "the customer," "you," or "your." The rental item refers to the minibuses rented via the Sharebus Minibussuthyrning AB website. Delivery method includes pick-up at service points or digital access outside business hours.

Payment and Prices Payment can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Swish, or via invoice for companies with an account with us. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT. If there are significantly incorrect prices on our website, we reserve the right to unilaterally modify, remove, or reject orders, even if an order confirmation has already been sent.

Driver's License Requirements A valid driver&rsquo;s license is required to rent and drive our minibuses. The license is checked digitally during booking.

Cancellation and Rebooking

<li>Rebooking is free of charge.</li>
<li>Cancellation is free if made at least one week before the rental period starts.</li>
<li>For cancellations made up to two days before the rental start, half of the booking amount will be charged.</li>
<li>For cancellations within two days of the rental start, the full booking amount will be charged.</li>

Keyless System and Access Outside Business Hours We offer a keyless system for digital access to the vehicle. For bookings made outside business hours, the customer receives the agreement for digital signing via email and SMS. Once signed, a digital key link will be sent to access the vehicle.

Damages and Waiver of Deductible The renter is responsible for the vehicle&rsquo;s condition during the rental period. Damages and technical issues must be reported to us immediately. To avoid deductible charges for vehicle damage, the renter can choose a deductible waiver when booking.

Renter's Rights and Obligations The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as when picked up and before the end of the rental period. The renter grants us the right to charge for damages or late returns from the payment card.

Corporate Membership Corporate membership provides discounted prices and other membership benefits. The membership is automatically renewed unless terminated by the corporate customer.

Privacy We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR to fulfill our obligations. Information is stored in our customer register to manage bookings. Payment information is securely handled by our payment service provider and stored only as long as the booking is active.

Applicable Law These terms are governed by Swedish law, and any dispute will be settled in a Swedish court.

Changes to Terms Sharebus Minibussuthyrning AB reserves the right to change the terms. The current terms are always available on our website. Changes will be notified to customers at least 30 days in advance and are considered accepted with continued use of the service.
